Returns & Exchanges

At The Workwear Store, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations for fit or function, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
